Warning of Fines for Ignoring Pandemic Restriction

Police are warning everyone in east Suffolk if you blatantly ignore the new coronavirus restrictions you will be fined.As we enter the first weekend since the Government announced the third national lockdown. Chief Superintendent Kim Warner has said he’s not prepared to let people breaking the rules put others lives in danger.

Between Christmas and New Years Day, cases in East Suffolk alone rose by nearly a thousand to neatly 400 people in every 100,000.

With travel now restricted, you’re being told to stay at home, to save lives and protect the NHS.
