Two arrests in connection with Lowestoft drug offences

Two people have been arrested in connection with drug offences in Lowestoft. Officers conducted a Misuse of Drugs Act warrant on a property Spashett Road in the town on Tuesday 11th February.
A search was conducted, with a quantity of suspected class A (cocaine) and class B (cannabis) drugs recovered, along with various items of drug paraphernalia.
Around £1,500 worth of suspected cocaine and around £500 worth of suspected cannabis was recovered.
A man aged 46 and a woman aged 40, were both arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply – and taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning. Both were released under investigation pending further enquiries
