Three Arrests in Lowestoft in Connection with Attempted Theft

Suffolk Police have arrested three men, following two incidents of theft and attempted theft in the county.

Police were called on Thursday 27th February, following a theft from Westleton Post Office and an attempted theft from WHSmith in Lowestoft.


Three men, aged 38, 17 and 24 – and all from the Birmingham area were arrested on suspicion of theft and on suspicion of driving offences, including driving without insurance.


A vehicle and a large amount of cash was seized, with the three men taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre, for questioning by detectives.
