Theft of mini-digger in Beccles

Police here in Suffolk are appealing for witnesses to a theft of a digger in Beccles.

The incident took place between Saturday 4th July at 9.20pm and Sunday 5th July at 8am – when a shed was broken into on Chapel Road by breaking the padlock. 

A JCB mini digger worth around £5,000, a trailer and CCTV camera were all taken.

Anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area or knows the whereabouts of any of the items stolen should contact Lowestoft police by phoning 101 or by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
