Local writer and poet Dean Parkin is asking for people on Suffolk to get in touch about their favourite ‘bench with a view’ in the county.

Dean is hoping to write a series of poems that highlight what special places they are for those of us that do, or have, used them.

Whether it is a bench on a chilly Pakefield cliff overlooking the sea in January – or  a bench in a town or village, Dean would like to hear from you.

So, get in touch with him on his website:

This small piece of nature in the heart of town is maintained and supported by local volunteers for the good of all who wish to escape or have an interest in the ecological and social history of Oulton Broad.
