Store Shake-Up for Currys PC World
Retailer Dixons Carphone, which has a Currys PC World store on Lowestoft’s North Quay Retail Park, is to cut 800 jobs across the country, as it looks to update how it manages its stores, in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The company has already begun to remove retail managers, assistant managers and team leader roles.
Meanwhile, new sales manager, customer experience and operational excellence manager positions will be created across the stores.
