Saxmundham – Affray Witness Appeal

Police are continuing to appeal for information and witnesses in relation to a recent incident of affray in Saxmundham.
On Wednesday 8th July at around 11.25am, a man was on Albion Street by the junction with Alma Place, near to the train station, when he was involved in an altercation with two younger men.
The victim was reportedly kicked and punched and was also hit with a road traffic sign and piece of concrete – and reportedly sustained a head injury as a result of the incident.
Officers are asking local people to check any images or footage they might have, including any CCTV and dash cams.
