Sam’s Cafe is a social enterprise – based in the heart of Lowestoft – serving tea, coffee, homemade cakes and pastries and lunches. There is also a warm, welcoming and comfortable setting for all visitors.

The cafe is staffed by a team of young volunteers, who receive comprehensive training, support and guidance to increase their opportunities for the future, raise their aspirations and build their confidence. Sam’s Cafe is passionate about the local community and strives to improve the lives of those within it.

Throughout this winter the ‘Thin Ice’ project is up and running – this is where those vulnerable in the community can get support – whilst and peope can also help support those in need.

Donations can be made to the campaign by texting: THINICE to 70470 or by buying someone a meal at Sam’s Coffee House in Lowestoft via a ‘pay it forward’ initiative in the cafe itself.

You can find Sams Coffee House in Bevan Street East, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR32 2AQ
