Popular Railway Exhibition Returns to Lowestoft

There’s another chance to view a hugely popular railway exhibition which is returning to Lowestoft’s central station from this weekend.

‘Departures’ is an exhibition of over 70 images taken over the past five decades – and  illustrates the evolving nature of the region’s railways.

The ‘Departures’ exhibition is free to enter and features images taken across Suffolk and the wider region and will be open from 10am until 4pm on Saturday 3rd October and again from Wednesday 7th until Saturday 10th October.

Police Release Image Following Lowestoft Incident

Police have issued an image of a man they would like to speak to following an incident in Lowestoft.It was around 6.30pm on Sunday 20th September, when the incident occurred in the Water Lane area of the Suffolk town.Officers would like to speak to the man as he may be able to help with the investigation - with the image attahed below. If you recognise the man, please contact Suffolk police.​
