Police Appeal Following Lowestoft Exposure

Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident of exposure in Lowestoft, that happened just before midday on Saturday 15th August in Wilde Street. 

A woman was out walking her dog when she was approached by a man, who then exposed himself. The suspect is described as white, middle-aged and of heavy build. He was wearing a black Adidas t-shirt with a white motif and a blue baseball cap. 

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Lowestoft Police by phoning 101.

Overnight Closure for Lowestoft’s Harbour Bridge

Associated British Ports have announced that Lowestoft’s Harbour Bridge will be closing again for essential maintenance work next week.On Wednesday 26th August, the bridge will close overnight from 8 o’clock in the evening through until 6 the following morning.​The bridge will be closed to all vehicles as well as pedestrians during this time - with diversions via Oulton Broad’s Mutford Lock Bridge.​
