A demand… ‘bigger than could have been imagined’ has led to a Suffolk support group asking local people for extra help.
‘Lowestoft Helping Hands’ has made the plea, as it prepares to start delivering their Christmas Boxes in the coming weeks.
Uptake for help was said to be much more than expected because there are now people who are furloughed, or those that have been released from their jobs which are struggling as a result.
