OneLife Suffolk

OneLife Suffolk offers a range of services to help people with healthy living advice – and is a partnership between Leeds Beckett University and MoreLife, commissioned by Suffolk County Council. They have offices in Lowestoft, as well as Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds with services that cover the whole county.

Free services include:

• Stop Smoking Help
• Get Help to Get Active
• Healthy activities and events that include Health Walks
