The home owner allowed her entry and she has asked for a glass of water and victim has invited her into the kitchen. After she had left the victim noticed a green wallet had been stolen. A similar incident took place at a property on Denmark Road when an elderly male let her in and took £45 on the table then left the address. In a third incident at a property on Minos Road she stole money from a wallet when the victim was in the bathroom. Whilst in July, also at a property on Denmark Road, she stole £80 from the victim after being let in having asked for a glass of water.
There was another incident in January this year where she attended the victim’s house, claiming she had crashed her car in icy conditions. Whilst at the address the victim offered to make a hot drink and Haywood Rutter then left promptly taking the victim’s bag containing £400 in cash and cards.
