Rare Bird of Prey Spotted on the Suffolk Coast

    There’s been a rare sighting of a bird of prey in Thorpeness.

    An Osprey was caught on camera near the village meare with some fantastic images by Paul Sadler this week - as it enjoyed the October sunshine.

    Suffolk Wildlife Trust say that Osprey’s can be seen on migration in the county for just a few days in spring and autumn.

    However, it has been many hundreds of years since they have bred in Suffolk - and the wildlife trust say they have an exciting plan to help them return.
