Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a burglary in Saxmundham. The incident occurred between 1.25pm and 2.05pm on Wednesday 13th January at a property in Beech Road. The occupant left their home and upon returning, they reported seeing a person dressed in black in the hallway. The occupant shouted as they entered but they ran out of the back door and climbed over the garden fence. It is not believed that anything was stolen and no damage was caused.
