A new wellbeing project is underway in Leiston, that will focuss on the town's Memorial Garden .
The programme will offer horticulture, nature and wellbeing focused activities in Memorial Garden to help improve the mental and physical health of local people.
Activities will include, growing ornamental plants, foraging walks and creating installations to encourage biodiversity to the area.
Every Friday from the 14th March until 4th April. Sessions will then run fornightly until 12th September,10am-2pm with a 30 minute lunch break at 12pm at the Memorial Garden, Waterloo site in Leiston.
