Missing Suffolk Woman Found

A woman from Suffolk who went missing earlier this month, has been found.

29-year old Catherine Holwell from Lowestoft, was reported missing on the 7th September but was located by police three days later near Alvechurch in Worcestershire.

Police would like to thank those that provided information, which led to Catherine being found.

Council Seeks Ideas for Beccles Town Centre Weekend Events

Beccles Town Council are welcoming ideas from residents on how to use the town centre for weekends events. The closure of Newmarket - because of the pandemic, was met with strong objections, especially from some businesses. A reopening of the road from Monday to Thursday, which frees 23 parking spaces, has been agreed.With Friday being Market Day, the area will be closed to traffic - but ideas for events on Saturday and Sunday are being welcomed.
