Man Charged After Beccles Offences

A 28-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with assault, public order and criminal damage offences which all occurred in the Beccles area.

The incidents occurred earlier in the summer – when a man used words and behaviour contravening the Public Order Act.

As a result, Peter Davidson-White of Cucumber Lane, Beccles, was arrested and subsequently charged with assaulting an emergency worker, assault, two counts of using threatening words or behaviour and criminal damage.
