Lockdown Restrictions Continue to Ease in Suffolk

During the course of this month, government restrictions continue to be relaxed, as leisure centres, gyms, beauty salons and outdoor swimming pools get the green light to open.
However, the news has come at too short notice for the lido in Beccles to open until the second half of July.
The popular outdoor swimming pool said that after being given just 36 hours to open – it was not enough time – and they had planned to open on the 20th July.
However, social-distancing changes still needed to be made at the pool, as well as training being provided for the full team of lifeguards.
