A new online service has been launched in East Suffolk, helping young people to find employment.

Aimed specifically at 16 to 24 year olds, the East Suffolk Youth Employment Service (YES) has been designed to provide help for those who may be struggling to find or apply for jobs, courses and training.

The service was originally designed to be provided through hubs in Lowestoft, Leiston, Saxmundham and Felixstowe – however the Covid-19 restrictions have meant the service is now being provided online.

To support this, a new website www.yessuffolk.co.uk has been launched – and young people can visit the website to view current job opportunities, find training programmes, and other support information and advice.

You can also follow YES on Twitter @YEService and at facebook.com/YES.YouthService
