Women Who Inspire - Celebrating International Womens Day

Women Who Inspire is a wonderful initiative that embraces the spirit of International Women’s Day, thanks to the vision of Dr Cathy Ryan MBE, supported by the Blyth Valley Rotary. This event celebrates the amazing accomplishments of women throughout history and around the world. While many have achieved incredible things, we also know there are still many who face significant challenges in their lives. Together, women can be a warm and supportive force, helping those who are working hard for their independence and rights.

At our first Women Who Inspire supper, we brought together a fantastic group of women who shared their personal stories of passion and determination. These inspiring moments helped motivate and uplift everyone, showing that we can all work toward fighting for rights, justice, independence, and self-worth as equals. We’re looking forward to the 2025 event, which is sure to be just as inspiring and will continue to make a positive difference in the lives of women locally, nationally, and internationally.
