Boost your well-being and health with the power of a walk, come and join one of our well-being walks
We meet every first Thursday of the month at 2pm at Nicholas Everett's park next to the Banksy artwork platform, we then take a gentle stroll around the park before heading to the café or a cuppa and chat! This is a lovely way to boost confidence, get some exercise and make friends - boosting both your physical and mental health with your health and wellbeing coaches and care coordinators from your surgery.
