As INK has evolved, so too has our appreciation of its roots. Our commitment to the town of Halesworth and our community in East Anglia is what makes us tick.
Outside the fun of the festival they work with schools, adult writing groups and regional universities. They have partnerships with health, social care, environmental and heritage groups. They also regularly tour to rural village halls, schools and other festivals. As a not-for-profit charity INK cannot sustain itself without your fantastic support - so we do our best to give back.
INK Festival Trustee Simon Trewin and Artistic Director Julia Sowerbutts and told us here at East Suffolk One that the event has become a ground-breaking part of the arts scene in the county - with something for the whole family.
