Between 12 and 15 scooters have been stolen from a business in Ellough.

The incident took place on Saturday 10th October at around 9:25pm at the Ellough Park Raceway on Benacre Road, when a group of eight or nine people travelling in two vehicles arrived at the address.

They cut the gate chains and then used one of the vehicles to ram a secure garage door, where the electric scooters were stolen.

The vehicles involved are thought to be a Suzuki Jimny 4X4 jeep and a Ford Transit van – and police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
