The news was also shared in the Lowestoft Journal, you can read the article here.
Based in the historic High Street the new content hub was made possible through funding from Lowestoft Town Council. The volunteer team at East Suffolk One thanks them for their support.
Station Manager, John Hammond said ‘Providing a place to record local content will increase East Suffolk One’s connection with the dozens of local groups and charities the station is already working with.’ John Added: ‘The hub will offer a space to record interviews and podcasts with local groups, connect with our community and provide a platform for local people to learn about the exciting world of radio.’
Recordings made in the hub will be heard on East Suffolk One. Tune in on the station’s website (www.eastsuffolk.one), app or Alexa Smart speaker. Content is also shared to its thousands of followers on social media.
