    • Founded by a Brain Injury Survivor (Zara) and her partner (Ian) because they personally noticed a gap after initial funded rehabilitation ended, but their recovery was not. Their website shows the physical & metaphorical journey of some of the 3 million steps involved in Zara's recovery after Brain Injury. 3 Million Steps are raising #braininjuryawareness and funds for other survivors to continue in their recovery in their way.

    • Kessingland Men's Shed is very much a community project open to all of those in the local area. It is a workshop and social meeting place for Kessingland residents and during this month, 'The Shed' will be up and running - but there is still plenty to do on the building. However, they are there for all of the community and they can now start making, repairing, creating anything (within reason) they require. The opening hours will be: Monday 9am-1pm Wednesday 9am-1pm Friday 9am-1pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.If you are free and can get yourselves down there whether it be for 30mins or for the full session, one day, or more - it does not matter - so why not help get the shed up and running. Pop in for just a chat and a coffee if you like and come and see their new fence.
