Beccles Community Hub is a place where people can volunteer or members of our community can contact us for volunteering support.

Over recent weeks, the Hub has been a hive of activity as a team of volunteers knit and sew bunting, in readiness for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

On Wednesday 11th May, the Hub welcomed friends from Petit-Couronne – Beccles’ twin town.

Beccles Town Mayor Richard Stubbings and Assistant Town Mayor Ashley Lever were among those on hand to help receive the fantastic work from across the Channel.

The Twinning Association had been busy in northern France as well, bringing 1500 bunting triangles with them. The bunting will be added to that already being put up  around the town.
