The Banksy bounce on the East Coast continues.

The building with one of the artists’ creations this summer in Lowestoft, is now on the market for half a million pounds – up £200,000 from when the art wasn’t on it.

Steel & Co are marketing the old Lowestoft Electrical building on London Road North – and it has the child with a crowbar next to a sandcastle and lifting a paving slab on it.
