Street art by Banksy that appeared in Lowestoft and Oulton Broad recently … is now being covered with protective clear plastic screens by East Suffolk District Council.
The move follows damage to one of the images on a sea wall over the weekend… but the council have said that they are working with specialists – and are ‘hopeful that this particular work can be restored’.
