An East Suffolk father has begun cycling around the UK this weekend – a feat in itself for most of us – but even more incredible as he’s been diagnosed with an aggressive prostate cancer, leaving him with a limited life expectancy.

Kev Baldwin is set off from Lowestoft’s Ness Point this morning, (Sunday 1st May) – aiming to bike 50km along the Suffolk coast in the first day.

The father of three is raising money for Cancer Research UK – and you can follow his 4000 mile ride @compass4cancer and donate by heading to his website.
