If you’re looking for a new way to stay active this month – and whilst helping others people at the same time, then Suffolk Mind has just the challenge.

The ‘100 Miles for Suffolk Mind’ challenge is to cover the distance of 100 miles, whether that is running, walking, swimming or in a more unique way.

100 miles is the distance that has been chosen – because Suffolk is approximately 100 miles East to West and North to South.
